QueryBench

Terms and conditions

Last updated September 9, 2026

These terms apply to the querybench.app website and to purchases made through it. Use of the QueryBench application itself is governed by the license agreement.

Purchases

  • Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT or sales tax, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • Every purchase is the same QueryBench license: paid once, perpetual, never expires, all future updates included. A company buys one license per person and can set the quantity at checkout.
  • License keys are available in your account portal after a license is granted. Keep your key private.

Refund requests

Request a refund by emailing sales@querybench.com from the account email, including the invoice or order reference. Email is our normal refund channel; it does not limit any mandatory right to seek a refund or dispute a payment through your bank or an app store.

A QueryBench license is perpetual and does not expire. Our voluntary refund policy allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A refunded license is deactivated.

This voluntary policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered software. Mandatory law and applicable app-store refund procedures take precedence.

Chargebacks

Please contact us by email to resolve billing problems. A good-faith dispute, an unauthorized payment report, or the exercise of a statutory right does not attract a contractual penalty under these terms.

For a chargeback of a completed purchase that is established to be fraudulent or abusive, the customer agrees, only to the extent enforceable under applicable law, to pay three times (3×) the amount charged back and twice (2×) the legal costs actually incurred in recovering it. These amounts are subject to any applicable limits on penalties, damages, and recoverable legal costs and to any required court determination; they are not automatically debited. No amount is payable under this clause where it would infringe mandatory consumer or payment-dispute rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of an existing purchase or remove mandatory rights.
