Delete your QueryBench account

You can permanently delete your QueryBench account after verifying your email. You can do this online even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Delete online

Open account deletion →

• Sign in with your account email and the one-time code sent to it. If sign-in takes you to Your licenses, select Delete account there.
• Select Delete account… to open the confirmation dialog. Check that it shows the email address of the account you want to delete.
• Type delete me exactly, then select Permanently delete account. Until you confirm, nothing is deleted. You can cancel the dialog.
• You must have signed in with an email code within the last 15 minutes. If asked to sign in again, request a fresh code and repeat these steps.

Delete in the mobile app

• Open Settings → Change license → Use an existing QueryBench account.
• Enter your account email, select Send sign-in code, and enter the code from your email. Select Show my licenses to finish signing in. You can delete an account even if it has no licenses.
• Under Signed in as, select Delete account. In the dialog, verify your email, type delete me, then select Permanently delete account.

What is deleted

After successful confirmation, the live account service immediately removes your email account, trial history, sign-in sessions and codes, licenses and seat keys owned by the account, device registrations, associated IP/location and usage records, and local purchase links and account audit entries. This cannot be undone. Signing in later creates a new account; it does not recover the deleted one.

Licenses, purchases and your databases

• All seats owned by the deleted account lose access at their next successful license check. An offline device may retain previously cached access until it reconnects.
• Deletion does not issue a refund. Save any receipts you need before deleting. Purchases made anonymously through an app store are separate from an email account and are not automatically attached to it or deleted with it.
• QueryBench does not host your databases. Account deletion does not erase database files, server data, saved connections, credentials or local query history on your devices. You control those separately.

Limited records that remain

We retain one-way hashes of deleted access tokens and any associated app-store transaction identifiers indefinitely to prevent deleted credentials or purchases from restoring access. These records contain no email address, device name, IP address or raw token. Payment providers may retain transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations under their own policies.
