Can I keep using QueryBench for free?
Yes. Start with seven days of every feature, with no account or card required. After the trial, keep browsing, querying and editing for free with one tab. Local backups remain available.
A license unlocks multiple tabs, S3 backup/restore and Stash access. Stash keeps recording changes according to your existing settings while you use the free version.
How does the QueryBench license work?
Pay $99.99 once and use QueryBench for as long as you like. The license never expires and includes every feature and all future updates on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.
Each license is one key, active on one device at a time. Activating the key on a new device releases the previous one, or release a device yourself from your account. There is no subscription and no renewal.

Can I use one license for work and at home?
Yes. A license belongs to one person and can be used for personal or company work. It is one key on one active device at a time, so move it between your computer and phone whenever you like. If you want QueryBench active on two devices at once, that is two licenses.
Can I get a refund?
Email sales@querybench.com from your account email with your order reference. Every purchase qualifies for a full refund within 14 days. A refunded license is deactivated. Mandatory legal rights and app-store refund procedures still apply.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for the trial or free version. To unlock every feature after the trial, use your UUID license key. Find the key in your QueryBench account, or get it from whoever bought the license for you. QueryBench checks license validity in the background and keeps confirmed access available during connection failures. Database contents are never sent with license checks.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT. Depending on your country, tax may be added at checkout. Businesses can enter a VAT number during checkout to have it removed where applicable.
Which platforms does a license cover?
Any of macOS, Windows or Linux for the computer, and iOS or Android for the phone. Transfers, backups and the desktop MCP server are desktop-only features; phones keep connection browsing, grid editing, schema inspection and the query editors.
